This application is vital to the selection process.  Please take the time to show me your fire, passion, drive, energy and what makes you stand out above the crowd.  I want to know what motivates you and WHY you want to do this!  Many people write that they love kids or they have worked with kids for the past few years, but this is not enough.  What did you enjoy about working with kids in the past?  Were you good and why?  How do kids respond to you?  Get deep with your answers, so I can see that you will be an asset on this team.  Vague, stereotypical answers will not seperate you from the crowd or give me any sense of whether you will be good with Ian.
